If dizziness or vertigo regularly hijack your health, it can be traumatic. Many women with balance issues stop moving all together.  Yet, science shows that consistent movement can improve mobility in dizzy people.  Somatic exercise allows you to work with your body to overcome physical and emotional limitations.  For neurological & vestibular patients, exercise is imperative to increase your function. For adult women with trauma, somatic movement is a safe way to gain autonomy in your healing journey. 
This regimen is perfect for anyone suffering balance problems due to aging, injury or disease!  It also is powerful to help women overcoming emotional trauma.  ReBalance Fitness, doesn't replace doctors, physical or emotional therapy, but offers you a safe method to learn about your body and gain autonomy to overcome your health issues.  Using the science-based methods of strength conditioning, biofeedback and nervous-system-regulation, I help dizzy  or traumatized women to increase motor skills & tolerance to movement.  Through somatic movement, I also help women work with their bodies to feel safe again.  With consistency, most everyone will improve their function and decrease their reactivity to movement. To get optimal results, it is important to have a proper medical diagnosis & relevant treatment plan.  

Unfortunately, it can be difficult to gain an accurate diagnosis. Don't wait to start moving!  Work with me to understand your body, so that you can give the right doctors the relevant information.  

If you want the best outcome, you must take an active role in your recovery. I would love to empower you in that!

I use fitness to teach you somatic wellness, in order to bring health to your body. Using movement to create new  positive neurological connections can calm your nervous system. You will begin to recognize your body's language and respond appropriately to its cues. Over time, this will allow you to heal.

I will coach you in new skills to bring safety & agency to your life. I teach  science-based methods with compassionate foundations that allow you to self-heal. Please note, this avenue requires an application for acceptance.  Not everyone is ready for this level of work. If I cannot help you, I will provide other resources that will enable progress.
